The ocean temperatures are always pleasant with amazing estrellas at nights. Since the condo is steps from the shore, we encourage nightly dips in the ocean to further connect with the territory.

There is a good offering of fish in this area and several options in catching them. Weve had success surf fishing on the beach, with our biggest catch being a 12 lb. Schnook on a color jig. In the neighboring fishing village of El Gigante, friendly pescadores are for hire to take a group out for the day. You will need to have your own gear and they will arrange for the best bait to use. San Juan del Sur has chartered fishing boats that specialize in finding you fish. For those who possess the skills, spear fishing in Nicaragua is excellent as well.
