The condo (A2) is truly beach front. On the ground level with a west facing patio and the sand 4 feet away, beach enjoyment is plentiful. This condo is the closest property to the waters edge and offers a great panoramic view, serving up magical sunsets nightly. Inside, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with two full showers. Each dormitorio has a queen size bed, which will sleep two per room and the couch unfolds into a bed as well. The condos capacity is 5 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/ freezer, stove top, oven, flatware, glassware, silverware, toaster and coffeemaker. There is also a freezer chest (for lots of ice and perhaps fish) and washer/ dryer, plus additional storage in the adjacent storage room. To cool you off, you will find A/C units in every room plus a battery back-up system for those times when the local electricity goes out. The condo has TV with satellite & a wireless internet senal, plus a DVD/CD/iPod stereo. Guests of Nic-A-Dos have full access to the resort's only pool and the benefits of a Golf and Beach Club Membership.
